Dr. Mustaeen Ur Rehman is a Consultant Physiotherapist, humanitarian leader, public speaker, and Founder & Chairman of SARIOON Pakistan, Pakistan’s first donation-free humanitarian organization. Combining clinical expertise with community leadership, he has dedicated his career to improving lives through healthcare, emergency preparedness, education, and humanitarian service.

Over the years, Dr. Mustaeen has led initiatives that have reached more than 6.3 million people, built a volunteer network of 17,000+ individuals, and collaborated with 50+ universities, healthcare institutions, humanitarian organizations, and government agencies across Pakistan. His work spans physiotherapy, public health, disaster response, youth empowerment, women’s empowerment, blood donation advocacy, and leadership development.

As an invited speaker, trainer, and facilitator, he has delivered keynote addresses, professional trainings, and educational sessions at leading universities, conferences, and national organizations. His mission is to inspire people to create lasting impact through knowledge, service, and compassionate leadership.
